You got to where you are by pushing, sacrifice and struggle. More of the same can only give you more of the same. What if you were one insight away from unlocking your true Peace, Power & Performance?
You're driven, you're ambitious. You've put the hours in, earned the salary, enjoyed the perks. So why do you feel adrift? The Success Trap is you were told happiness is hitting 50k, then 100k, then 500k. Getting top biller. You believed this would feel incredible. It can bring more stress than it solves. You hit your targets and NOTHING.
You then set a BIGGER target, believing this one will be different, but doing more of the same gets you more of the same.
"The irony of the Secret Success Trap is your drive and ambition got you here; and the same drive and ambition is preventing you from enjoying it." - Shaun Doherty.
The 'keep adding more' approach of most coaching implies when you do more, you'll find the Peace you're looking for. A better morning routine, 10,000 steps. Mantras in the mirror. Where this approach fails is when the goal is to feel lighter; adding more won't cut it. The secret of the Peace Power and Performance System is when you strip things back, you unshackle yourself to do your best work yet. All while really enjoying the process.
The Principles behind the Peace Power and Performance System point to one truth lost in the drive for more. Your Clarity, your presence, your focus, calm and happiness are never outside you.
You are the creator of your experience. When you live from this truth, it frees you from the belief 'more stuff = more happiness'. This does not mean you drop your ambition or lower your goals, but you approach them from a more sustainable place.
This allows you to turn up at work or at home without an external story holding your happiness hostage, behind the next target.
Everything changes from the inside out.
Peace is two-fold. One, it's the driver of all your actions. Everything you do as a human, at some level, is built on the belief you'll experience more peace for doing it. Two, Peace is your natural state. Not something you have to earn, and not something which needs to be outsourced to external goals.
Power is when you understand the true nature of your experience. No event has the power to make you feel anything; it is your thinking about the event which causes your feelings about it. This puts your power with you. Not with external happenings.
When your Peace and Power are in alignment, the Performance takes care of itself. The difference being, instead of you having to push towards goals, targets and growth, you are pulled there. In short, you use a much more efficient and sustainable fuel source for your goals.
This system is probably not for you if you're looking for an accountability coach. The latest productivity hack. A new morning routine. Someone to yell at you when you slip up (ie… acted like a human). If you think you have to whip yourself to reach your goals, I'm not the coach for you
This is a private, 1:1 coaching engagement designed to go deep. Not a course and not a group programme. You get consistent, focused, personal attention across six months.
Typically two calls a month over 6 months. Each session builds on the last with genuine progression, not a series of standalone conversations.
Your first call is anywhere up to two hours. There's no shallow end swimming. The Peace Power, and Performance system is designed to get you results.
You're not alone between calls. Direct messaging via Discord means the work continues, and insights can be integrated in real time.
Key insights and directions captured after each session, plus relevant resources and reflections tailored to where you are in the process.
I'm at the next level now. And I didn't need to do half the things I thought I needed to do to get there. I feel like I'm playing on easy mode, and still achieving results.
Lewis Fearns From Pain to Performance Online CoachI've done coaching before and always left with a list of things to do. This felt completely different. It was more like things I'd been trying to fix just… stopped being problems. I can't fully explain it but I'm performing better and feeling better.
Yvonne Senior ProfessionalWhat I valued most was that Shaun wasn't trying to fix me or give me a plan. He trusted the process and kept pointing me back to something I already had. Took a few sessions to land but when it did, it really landed.

I mean this in the literal sense. If you turn up for yourself 100% over the first four sessions and if you aren't seeing results and want out, I'll personally refund you your investment. I'm so confident in this work, I'll even throw in a free pizza along with your refund.
What is Principles-Based coaching, how is it different?
Most coaching works on behaviour, habits, or mindset, what you do and how you think. The Peace Power and Performance System works up steam of that. It points to the fundamental nature of how your thought creates experience. When you begin to understand this, change happens naturally and without the usual effort because you're addressing the source, not the symptoms.
Do I need to be in crisis or struggling to benefit from this?
No. Many clients are objectively successful and functioning well. But there's usually a recognition that something is missing, or that they're operating from a place of pressure rather than Peace. If this sounds familiar, the work is relevant regardless of how things look from the outside.
How are sessions delivered?
Sessions are delivered on Google Meet, typically bi-weekly, across six months. They're conversational in nature, not structured presentations or worksheets. The work comes from the conversations and what you bring to each call.
What if I'm not sure this is right for me yet?
That's a fair place to be. If you want to have a conversation before committing, you can reach out directly at hey@shaun.coach. The 60-day guarantee also means you can begin with confidence knowing there's no risk if the work doesn't land for you.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, most do. There are six instalments of £250 or a one-off payment of £1,200. Most clients either renew or move to one call a month to keep the momentum going after the initial commitment.
